Tonight I will be in Sapulpa for VYPE Magazine to cover the game between the Enid Plainsmen and the Sapulpa Chieftains. Enid posted a win over Sand Springs last week 28-14 while Sapulpa dropped a close one to Ponca City 37-36. Images from the game can be viewed on the Rojo Photography website by Saturday afternoon.

These are from Becca’s session. We started at Centennial Park but the weather didn’t cooperate. A heavy overcast sky and a light drizzle forced us to cut our time short so we came back a few days later to finish up. Becca came up with some fun ideas for her shots such as swinging from a tree. She is very outgoing and a fun (funny) young lady. We had a good time during the session with Becca and her Mom.

Last Wednesday, we headed to my favorite outdoor location, downtown Tulsa to shoot Colton’s senior session. Colton brought his truck for a prop, and what a truck. I have never seen a truck with more personality then this truck. Some vehicles have a little quirk you have to know like you have to jiggle the handle first before you roll down the window or something like that. On this truck, if you jiggle it, it may fall off! But, this truck was unique like Colton. I had a good time with our session with Colton and his parents. Colton was fun to work with and quite the funny guy! Here are a few shots from his session including one with my “Rojo Illustrated” look.

We shot Dusty’s session last Sunday around downtown Broken Arrow. I had never done anything in downtown BA even though it is just a couple miles from my home. We found several good spots and the weather was a little on the cool side, but a sunny day. Dusty was probably the easiest senior I’ve photographed. He is a natural. I hardly had to direct him at all and he did a fantastic job. Dusty’s Mom said he loves being in front of a camera and it showed. Thanks Dusty and Mom for making our session so easy.

Dillon is a senior at Broken Arrow High School. Last Saturday, we went to my studio for some indoor shots then headed to downtown Tulsa. Dillon brought his guitar so we tried to mix in some creative shots which involved dodging cars on Boston Ave and jumping off some ramps. Dillon jumping, not me! While shooting in front of the Cains Ballroom, a very nice employee invited us inside to take some shots. Too cool! We took some of Dillon on the stage and under the center neon star. We had a good time and enjoyed our session with Dillon and his Mom.
